SHIPPING COST
Free shipping is offered on orders over $19 within the continental US.
Standard fulfillment & shipping takes 3~5 business days after the order is placed. but Please note that there may be delays for unforeseen factors that occur during the shipment process.
UPS & USPS do not ship to PO Box or FPO/DPO/APO addresses. Please ensure that your delivery details, including street number, apartment or building number, and zip code, are accurate.
Providing accurate and complete address information is essential to ensure successful delivery.
Delays or delivery issues caused by incomplete or unclear address details are not the responsibility of Fitneskin.
In some cases, a package may be returned due to the recipient not being available at the time of delivery or due to insufficient address information. If this occurs, a refund will be processed after deducting the return shipping fees.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders and shipments, including those from Canada. Please note we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or additional duties and fees mandated by customs.

At this time, international shipping is not yet available.
We are actively preparing our international shipping service and look forward to offering it in the near future.

MODIFYING SHIPPING ADDRESS
If you have placed an order with an incorrect shipping address, please contact our customer service center at support@fitneskin.com as soon as possible. Please note that if your order has already been fulfilled, we will be unable to assist further, and the order will not be eligible for a refund.
