Returns & Damaged Items Policy

Please note that we do not currently accept returns or exchanges on any orders.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect,

To ensure prompt processing, please include your order number in all correspondence with our customer support team.

You may be asked to provide the following:

  1. A photo of the exterior packaging, clearly showing the shipping label and tracking number

  2. A photo of all items inside the original packaging

  3. A photo of the damaged or incorrect product

Please note that we may be unable to offer compensation if the requested photos are not provided.

We kindly ask that you take all photos before discarding any packaging, as they are required for review.
